Refrigerant cylinders processing rules and delivery conditions 

1. Invoicing

Refrigerant cylinders are property of prepaid customers, ie they are invoiced at the ordering stage. If the customer decides to return the cylinder, she/he will be refunded the cylinder deposit under the terms provided below.

2. Cylinder return

Empty refrigerant cylinders can be returned to Darment’s warehouse in Helsinki. The carriage of empty cylinders shall be paid by the customer.

3. Return time of 12 months

If the cylinder is returned within 6 months from the date of delivery, we will make a 100% credit note that can be used freely for any unpaid invoice. If the cylinder is returned within 12 months from the date of delivery, the credit note is 80%. There will be no refund after 12 months and the cylinder becomes a permanent property of the customer.

4. Prices

All prices VAT 0 %.

5. Prohibition on collecting refrigerant waste / re-bottling

Cylinders must not be used for waste recovery. Also, labels or other stickers should not be attached on a cylinder. The cylinders must be clean from the outside.

6. Returning defective cylinders

The subscriber has responsibility of the usage and condition of a refrigerant cylinder.

If the returned cylinder is defective, there will be no refund.

Valid from 1.1.2024. Delivery terms apply to refrigerant cylinders delivered to our account customers from our warehouse.
